El Jalisciense was first etsablished in 2001 in Gresham, OR. Then proceeded to nestle our primary location in Boring, Oregon since 2010. Leading us to grow our business and open our 2nd and now 3rd location in Sandy, Oregon ever since 2015. Our menu features a selection of dishes, all made in-house by a father and son team both named Raul.
